Rotating Piece that clips on Flag wears out fast. Lasts 1 year.

Rotating Piece that clips on Flag wears out fast. Lasts 1 year. Metal on metal fatigue occurs where the clip connects to the rotating flange. The wear and tear at the flag clip on point wears out and you can no longer clip on the flag to the pole. Would be nice if this piece was purchase separately rather than the entire part replacement.
